Before the workshop with Melissa and Kevin I thought that being kind and not treating people differently on the basis of race was enough. Now I've learned that it's not enough. I have a lot of learning to do.

I came to the workshop because my boss told me I had to attend. I'm leaving the workshop energized to learn more about my colleagues and determined to make my workplace better for everyone. Thank you, Kevin and Melissa!
